I identified solutions like SiSky
http://www.yeastar.com/Products/SiSkyEE.asp which apparently can connect
Skype to a SIP PBX. I need to solution to support video and just want to
know if anyone has tried anything like this before?
Any information would be appreciated.

I would like to integrate Skype into my Kamailio video system? Has anyone

hummm... fail. Skype is a private and mostly unknown protocol so, for
sure,
you cannot "integrate" Skype into your Kamailio.
PS: Due to legal issues Skype will convert its protocol to SIP in a not so
far
future, but this is another history.
