[Serusers] How to create a log file?

Hi,

I want to create a LOG File with the follow information:

1)       Source caller and destination called

2)       Time spent for connection

3)       MAC ADDRESS

I use SER with Radius authentication and MySQL. SER is located on a Server
and RADIUS+MySQL are located on the other Server.
