I have seen that, but this and requires a softphone and additional
software for each client.
I would like to use it with a Snom 370 or Polycom 650 SIP phone.

if you want to/can use ZRTP for SRTP key agreement, you can check out
SEMS (http://iptel.org/sems) which con be compiled with ZFone SDK for
ZRTP support.
