yes, this is the expected result, because insert_attr_hf does not
immediately insert the HF, it just asks SER core to insert the HF when
the message is going to be forwarded (it inserts a new lump). Thus,
is_present_hf does not see the change, because it works with the
original message. This behaviour is usually true for all the message
manipulation functions except for those which modify the RURI.
