Not sure if important, but what I noticed is that the latest debian stable as well as latest 33 packages, they both install still kamailio 3.3.0. In order to get 3.3.1 I needed to use nightly build packages.

No. I didn't build 3.3.1 packages because I was out for vacation with no internet access. Sorry, they will be ready this weekend. Meanwhile, as you said, you can use a 3.3-nightly version
