These logs you'll have to look onto RADIUS server,
not SER config. you'll need to check if you setflag'ed
correctly SER so it would actually generate the RADIUS
start and stop records

/usr/local/var/log/radius/radacct
or
/var/log/radius/radacct
i dont know how to invoke accounting
