[Serusers] error loading module?

Hi all, I had this problem in the morning so I had to restar ser again to make it work.. [Serusers] Content-type

Hi ! I'm new to SER and I would like to know if it is possible to get the content-type of a message and to use it in ser.cfg like we can do with status (i.e. if (!(status =~ "183")) for instance). I would like SER to behave according to the content-type of some SIP messages and therefore I need a way to get this information about the messages. Thank you for your help Regards Steve

Btw, I've seen following two lines in the beginning of the log: May 2 13:29:15 sesapp /root/ser/sbin/ser[19985]: using 'none' rls-subscription authorization! May 2 13:29:15 sesapp /root/ser/sbin/ser[19985]: using 'none' subscription authorization for watcher info! Could they be related ? How can I change these to xcap ? I take a look into the log and it seems, that NOTIFY requests try to be sent to 192.168.2.17. But in the ngrep dump I see only some 85.105.102.167 addresses in Contacts in SUBSCRIBE requests. Are you sure, that these log and the flow belong to the same scenario? If yes, it means, that there is a bug in PA module. Be sure to catch messages on machine with presence server. Or you can set the error reporting to the stderr handle and then run ser with stderr redirected to file. And there is no rpoblem with voice. Should I use any nathelper configuration for presence messages ? Hi, I changed it to "debug=4" and restarted ser but nothing changed. Is there anything missing in my configuration ? Do I need a seperate module for debug messages ? And if you restart ser with this debug level, there should be really lots of messages in the log. If you have another proxy doing NAT it is probably not needed to do it on presence server (and if oter messages work like MESSAGE). Hello, does anybody got a working configuration to make an "attended call transfer" with a call through an Asterisk gateway? Example: PSTN --> Asterisk --> SER --+-- A | +-- B The call will come from the PSTN Network and will go through "A". A sets the call on "Hold" and calls "B". After A is connected with B, A hangup an B got the call from PSTN. This in _not_ working at the moment. Attended call transfer only with OpenSER and only SIP-Phones is no Problem. But if the is an Asterisk as PSTN-GW in the game it will not work. [Users] questions about OPENSER and Asterisk integration

hi, i have some basic conceptual questions about integrating Operser with Asterisk. Most of the examples I have read about so far talks about using asterisk for voice mail but can the integration also cash in on the other asterisk features? The examples always make reference to using asterisk to call out on the PSTN. I would assume that calling in on the PSTN and calling in/out on IAX channel would be equally viable but would it also make sense to use it to call in/out via SIP? my questions stem from my desire to utilize a lot of asterisk features because I just don't know openser well enough to start writing bespoke scripts. Stated another way (I did own up to the fact that I am no Openser guru) I would like to utilize all the work I have already done with asterisk and frontend it with the openser. Thereby having asterisk doing the typical softswitch work (call waiting, call forward, privacy manager, follow me, queues, conferencing, voice mail, etc) and openser doing the SIP proxy and NAT traversal capabalities for the UAs. thanks
