[Serusers] SER Going down Frequently

Hi all does any one have Idea 0.814 version frequently going down, is that a bug Since i talk to some one they says due to misconfiguration of Phone, the Ser going down is that true ? can some one coment ram

[Serusers] Mediaproxy

Hi All I have an snmp script that calls mediaproxy's python program called sessions.py and should return the number of active calls in the mediaproxy server. The script works when I call it from a ssh session but it returns "Cannot connect to RTP proxy control port" when I run it from the snmp agent. I've tried all the sessions.py "options" and nothing works. Mediaproxy version is 1.4.2 Does anyone have any ideas. BTW the script works fine on an older version of mediaproxy on another machine works. Version 1.2.1 Thanks RT

Hi, I am not using MSN messenger. I am trying with the same version as Samuel. But on my PC "sip accounts" option does not show up. Anyway, I think it doesn't support authorization, does it ? [Serusers] problem with ser and mediaproxy when multiple media descriptions exist and client is natted

And When I looked into Location table . in that table records are insert. immediately when the system restart or when softphone is discarded the " location table " records are disable. [Users] 401 Unauthorized

Hello to all Im trying to register SIP clients (Cisco IP phone and Planet VIP )that are located behind an ADSL line ( and behind NAT), and the first time they register, they receive the OK from OpenSER, but when I reboot the phone, they cant connect again. They receive "401 Unauthorized" from OpenSER. OpenSER isnt returning "401 Unauthorized" in any part of openser.cfg Im not using firewall. Can the problem be in the type of NAT? Can someone help me?
