[kamailio/kamailio] core/cfg has memory leak if string value is set (#2094)

[kamailio/kamailio] dmq_usrloc not replicating contact attributes (#1968)

### Description  The dmq_usrloc module is not replicating the extra attributes saved in the xavp for the contact. So remote nodes don't receive these values, being unable to access it properly. It is expected that the attributes are replicated as well. #### Reproduction  Setup two nodes using the dmq_usrloc and usrloc in db_mode=0. When receiving a REGISTER, before saving the contact add some attribute in the xavp_contact. In a subsequent message to this contact (e.g.: INVITE) use a lookup() or registered() and try to access the desired xavp_contact attribute. [kamailio/kamailio] Using PATH makes nathelper to send the SIP ping to itself (#2011)

### Description When using the PATH header option to keep track of original Kamailio node that received the REGISTER, if nathelper is also used with SIP ping enabled, the SIP OPTIONS is sent to itself following the PATH header and not sent directly to the destination. The nathelper/user location modules should have a flag similar to the "path_check_local" of the registrar module, which is meant to avoid looping the message to itself in case the next hop pointed by the PATH header is "myself".  ### Troubleshooting #### Reproduction Configure the registrar module to support PATH and before saving the contact info add the PATH header with the local Kamailio information. Also make sure to have the nathelper and usrloc modules configured to send the keepalive SIP OPTIONS to the registered extensions. By the time the SIP OPTIONS is sent, Kamailio sends to itself, then the message has to be loose_route'd to the final destination. [kamailio/kamailio] rtp_media_server module hard codes contact header to "rms" (Issue #3380)

### Description when using rtp_media_server module in my kamailio configuration, the `rms_answer` function generates a "200 OK" with a hard-coded Contact header user. [kamailio/kamailio] Add support for Linux kernel anyIP feature (Issue #3394)

Hi I have a kimailio box that receives messages from one interface and send it from another interface and I use dispatcher module successfully. Now I assigned an I range to Linux loopback interface through Linux kernel anyip feature. And I can ping the range. ip -4 route add local 192.168.0.0/24 dev lo I want to send messages from source of the ip in this range but kamailio cant do this in the right way. I added this two directives to kamailio.cfg: mhomed=yes ip_free_bind = 1 and when I want to use an ip from the list I use $fs=”udp:192.168.0.120:5060”; With no luck If I use force_send_socket(udp:192.168.0.120:5060); kamailio returns an error bad force_send_socket argument: 192.168.0.120:5060 (kamailio doesn't listen on it) and if I add listen directive for one ip like: listen=udp:192.168.0.120:5060 everything works fine but I want to be able to use any ip from list not just one ip. [kamailio/kamailio] lib: big integers should not be treated as negative ones (#2106)

0xffffffff00000000ULL mask does not take into consideration signed 32 bit integers and as result 2147483648 will be stored as -2147483648. Another mask should be used to correct the issue: 0xffffffff80000000ULL. It processes correctly the case of integers that are greater than 2147483647.
