[kamailio/kamailio] track_cseq_updates does not update Rack SIP header in PRACK. (#801)

Hi, When using dialog module and track_cseq_updates when needing to update CSeq for authenticated invites, if early media is present the CSeq in the Rack header is not also incremented. [kamailio/kamailio] keep new features in a file in the repository (#668)

[kamailio] add socket activation support (#293)

A sip proxy may serve many domains listed in its SSL certificate X509v3 Subject Alternative Name field. [kamailio] Anyone thinking about adding JWT (JSON Web Token) support to Kamailio (#29)

[kamailio/kamailio] Unexpected log_systemd behavior when daemon is forked (#799)

Starting Kamailio (4.4 with branch updates through e43d82d applied) with the following systemd unit file, native systemd/journald logging doesn't work as expected. I *do* get core logging when I use ``` log_engine_type="systemd" loadmodule "log_systemd.so" ``` but `xlog` and `sd_journal_print` *don't* send anything to the journal. When I comment out `log_engine_type`, keeping the log_systemd.so module loaded, `sd_journal_print` *does* log the messages properly to the systemd journal, `xlog` and core startup messages are sent to syslog.
