core: support to specify options for load module

- prototypes: loadmodule("path", "options") loadmodulex("path", "options") - options is a string with characters: - 'g' or 'G' - open the module shared object file with RTLD_GLOBAL set, wich can be used for modules related to external scripting languages to avoid reloading - example: loadmodule("app_lua", "g")
