- fix_contact for ipv6 addres,add the [] to the host part of contact header

#### Description when we detect the nat, we are using fix_contact to fix the contact header according to nat.but for ipv6, fix_contact doesn't add the [] to ip part of contact header.because of this we are getting bad contact header.we resolved this by adding [] to ipv6 address.
