### Description

during our "4000 tls connections" performance test with kamailio, we found there are too many shared blocks used by TLS module. currently our 4000 tls connections will causes 643389 shared memory blocks(we found in corex.shm_status),

### Troubleshooting None

#### Reproduction in our environment, kamailio use TLSF management type for shared memory. our tls_client test tool will establish 4000 tls connections, and we can see 643389 shared memory blocks corex.shm_status. this will cause too many fragments and hard to allocate big blocks any more(our shared memory total size is limited)

#### Debugging Data currently we found shm_realloc will cause too many shm blocks and fragments. and only shm_malloc and shm_free will not cause too many shm blocks and fragments. could you please check if there is any solution to reduce this cost
