### Description phonenum module is not working with KEMI framework, when debugged I found phonenum module functions "pv_parse_phonenum_name" "sr_phonenum_add_item" are not invoked with KEMI framework. With default config file these modules are invoked from config parser. <!-- Explain what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. --> I am using lua KEMI framework and included phonenum module
