[sr-dev] siptrace and sipcapture broken on non-linux

Hello, your latest changes seems to have introduced a dependency on linux for siptrace and sipcapture modules (I see in sipcapture.h a comment that code was copied from linux kernel). It has to be disabled in a way or another so that siptrace can be used on the other unix distro. I tested on mac os x so far, maybe you can come up with a fix for it.
