Hello,
I generated the alphabetic indexes for development version, there are
already new modules and code since release of 4.0. If anyone spots
missing elements (mod params, functions, etc...), write back here so we
fix the issue (could be wrong formatted xml docbook file for module readme).
They are available at:

Hi,
At the moment, if I click on the 'devel' list of params, funcs, MI cmds
and stats, all the links point to the '4.0.x' modules, not the devel ones.

Hello,
that's strange, I checked and for me looks ok, for example the link for
params is:
- http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/alphaindexes/devel/modparameters
Maybe we look at different things, anyhow devel should not point to
4.0.x anymore.

The link to the indexes are fine, but the links from that to the modules
are not.
For example, the top parameter is 'accept_filter (string)' from the
uac_redirect module, and the link to the module documentation is
'http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/*4.0.x*/modules/uac_redirect.html'

The Module Path column is not needed any more... :-)
Maybe it would be beneficial to hack the scripts that generate this and compare with the
previous release, so that we could add markers for "new" functions.

It will be indeed nice to have. Hopefully later today or this week I
will find the time to clean a bit the scripts, add a basic readme and
push them on git, so other people can enhance.
