[sr-dev] A: Ongoing process of selecting a new website theme

Hello, following the last developers' meeting on IRC, we are going to update the website at kamailio.org to use a responsive theme, in order to make it more friendly for mobile browsing. Until one is selected, you may see various forms of website design for short time, as variants are enabled to see how it looks with the real content. All this should not take too long, in 1-2 days the new theme should be in place.
