Use db_unixodbc modul to connect to MS SQL server. Therefore you also
have to configure unixodbc.
Then, set the db_url of the other modules to the unixodbc connection.
Then all the configured modules will talk to the MSSQL server instead of
mysql (which is the default).

No need to change any code. Just use the sqlops module to perform raw
SQL queries to the database.
