[sr-dev] Re: [kamailio/kamailio] pre-commit: cmake-format and cmake-lint hooks [skip ci] (PR #4066)

@linuxmaniac Is this pre-commit using the `cmake-format.py` config file found in `cmake` or it just go by the defaults?
