We use the custom global variables. We set them in the first lines of the config (32 - 39) right after the core paramters but before the loadmodule takes place. They have the form
`foo.bar="1.2.3.4`
We don't set another value. Not via rpc or other options. We tried that in the past and the kamailio crashed very often, so we don't do that.
