Hi, push notifications are already supported by kamailio by means of t_suspend/t_continue functions (http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/modules/tmx.html#tmx.f.t_suspend) and tsilo module (http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/modules/tsilo.html).
