yes, it is ok to add a new internal library, this kind of component is exactly for this
purpose of sharing code easier between modules. Docs for libs are for developers, not many
of them have anyhow.
...which is no excuse for not writing it in Doxygen-formatted
comments!!!
More docs mean it becomes easier for new developers which will mean a better product.
