yes, i agree that it should be possible to load two
gws with the same ip
or hostname if port is not given or if it is given and is different in
the two.
Note that with my proposal there is no need to inspect ip[:port] in
loaded gateways. Instead it's just required to inspect the id field of
lcr_gws table, so each gw would be loaded just once even if it appears
in different gws groups.
