I left it running for several hours, no more crash, there seems to be something odd with kamailio responsiveness degrading over time. Could be related to my config, did you ever do long lasting end2end tests ?
One obvious missing feature is hosted NAT traversal/port latching, this will greatly reduce the use cases where it can be use.
