Just downloaded a clean source and try a compilation.... At the end I got:
# TLS configuration touch //etc/sip-router//tls.cfg install -m 644 modules/tls/tls.cfg //etc/sip-router/ modules/tls/sip-router_cert.sh -d //etc/sip-router/ make: modules/tls/sip-router_cert.sh: Command not found make: *** [install-cfg] Error 127
and on the directory the file stills is named: ser_cert.sh
try now again with modules/tls from git.
