Thanks for the report. Just briefly looked into the RFC, is the net 192.0.0.0/29 not defined as: 192.0.0.1 - 192.0.0.6 ? I failed to find this IPs in your trace.
There is code in nathelper for this net: {"192.0.0.0", 0, 0xffffffffu << 3}, /* rfc7335 - IPv4 Service Continuity Prefix */
