I have test construction ``` append_body_part("<?xml version=\"1.0\" encoding=\"UTF-8\"?><root/>", "application/pidf+xml\r\nContent-ID: &lt;target123(a)atlanta.example.com&gt;&quot;)>"); ``` This works for me.
