Yes, its the similar file in both directories. About the cause, I would suggest to analyse your dependencies. It could be some logging or database performance issue for example. For further hints how to debug this, please contact the sr-users list. If you found out more information, please add here. Otherwise this issue will be closed as its probably not a bug in kamailio.
