[sr-dev] app_perl and db_perlvdb not building/installing

Hi, I've been updating my .spec file to work with the latest module groups and other changes and I've noticed that app_perl and db_perlvdb aren't building now. Is this a problem with the Makefiles or the make commands I am using?
