[kamailio/kamailio] nathelper: it doesn't ping contacts if ping_nated_only=0 (#1516)

[kamailio/kamailio] Supressing SIP registartion with 200OK (#1518)

Hi, Is there any way in Kamailio where I can suppress sip registration authentication. I want, Kamailio can send 200 OK for sip registration without going for 401 Unauthorized.
