[kamailio/kamailio] kamailio 4.4.x: Abort and coredump (#604)

Kamailio had an abort happend and does a coredump. Sorry I doesn't have debug symbols on this machine. [kamailio/kamailio] Wishlist #234: URI transformation to pick up URI scheme (#592)

[kamailio/kamailio] Do not start Kamailio if no listener address is configured (#1098)

### Description During some test on my server I forgot to configure a valid listen network address. It's my fault but Kamailio crashed with a useless message: > kamailio[4739]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f022ede5e71 sp 00007fff94033f08 error 4 in libc-2.17.so[7f022ec82000+1b6000 I think it's better to abort the startup if no listen address is specified and with an explicit error message, instead of produce a segfault and a crash without any error -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread. [kamailio/kamailio] topos: fix PRACK message handling (#1097)

Currently PRACK was not handling properly because topos_d.b_contact field are filling only after receiving 200 OK. But PRACK is sending to 183 Progress responce. So I sink that we must filled topos_d.b_contact field after receiving 183 Progress. [kamailio/kamailio] Kamailio 5.0.2 suddenly stops processing traffic, then generates a core when restarting. (#1172)

### Description Kamailio suddenly stops working (this is a production server so debug logging is disabled), when we restart it a core is generated and a segfault is logged. ### Troubleshooting The only thing I have seen is some reference to IPv6 in the backtrace. But no idea where to start looking.
