[kamailio] Run event_route[dialog:end] on dialog terminated by dlg.end_dlg (#190)

We want it for CDR fields setting. Currently CDR is written or such forcefully terminated calls, but it lacks some post-processing which we have in event_route[dialog:end]. [kamailio] http_query causes memory corruption with AVPs (#212)

I have found an instance where using an avp or xavp as the response variable for http_query will cause a segfault later in t_relay(). When I change the variable to a $var instead of an avp, there is no segfault. I can only recreate it with a specific URL. If I try to reproduce it by simply sending a plain text response from a static page, it does not segfault. [kamailio] Unquoted IPv6 Contact header alias parameter causes issues with Asterisk (PJSIP) & TOPOH module (#120)

When using Kamailio from the master branch, I'm encountering an issue where IPv6 contact address aliases that are added via ```set_contact_alias()``` for WebSocket connections (for example) are unquoted and create problems for Asterisk: ``` pjsip:0 <?>: sip_transport. configuring mohqueue

Hi, I'm trying to configure the mohqueue in order to use a Music on Hold. (in case Invite with recvonly). I've added the module as specified in the documentation http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/4.3.x/modules/mohqueue.html So after generation the tables, and fixing some init config issues, kamailio starts but I still don't understand ho I specify file has to play when a call is in HOLD mode. I'm using a /etc/kamailio/moh/g711.8 my config file: *modparam("rtpproxy", "rtpproxy_sock", "unix:/var/run/rtpproxy/rtpproxy.sock")modparam ("mohqueue", "db_url", DBURL)modparam ("mohqueue", "db_qtable", "mohqueues")modparam ("mohqueue", "db_ctable", "mohqcalls")modparam ("mohqueue", "mohdir", "/etc/kamailio/moh")* Any idea would be very useful! :D Thanks Alex
