[SR-Docs] pv module

Hi All, I'm just learning Kamailio and I stumbled upon something. My minimal configuration didn't work because I had not loaded the pv module. Google of course knows everything so my problem was quickly solved. I think though that it would be wise to document the dependancies on pv more clearly. At least auth_db seems to depend on pv, as well as possibly many other modules that I don't know about (yet). -- Met vriendelijke groeten, Remco Post remco(a)pipsworld.nl
