I thing that the issues that You faced, on applying the patch, were due the

"general clean-up rules", please, let me know so that I can make scripts to
apply than in a more automated way.

any news with this issue? I already did some changes manually for the
carrierroute and userblacklist documentation, if you want to compare with the
solution you've created..
