Hello,
typically the de-synchronization happens when the call-id is changed,
because there are various modes on matching the contact in the database.
Using ruid avoids this.
Another option is to use:
http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/usrloc.html#usrloc.p.db_check_update
But I would go for ruid option, because it is also faster due to single
value key.
