[SR-Users] Store dispatcher weight attribute in dispatcher table

Hello,
iirc the attr column beside custom attributes can have:
weight,maxload,duid which are required in order to use different
algorithms on dispatcher select.
Ex:
"weight=50;maxload=2000;duid=SRV01;my=custom"
"weight=50;maxload=2000;duid=SRV02;my=custom"
