[SR-Users] Store dispatcher weight attribute in dispatcher table

Hello,

There is no mention of the attrs column in on the stable/modules web page, and also not in the read me of dispatcher in 4.0.2.
I looked at the ../modules/dispatcher.c file and it is used there so I added it as a modparam.

in the attrs column you have to add attribute weight - some notes are in the readme, but I guess can be made more clear:

As example, the attrs can be:

"weight=20;abc=xyz;"
