[SR-Users] [sr-dev] is using Gerrit for Kamailio a good idea?

It might be worth taking a look at the Atlassian tool set.
These can be deployed locally or used as a hosted application.
I believe there is a free option for open-source projects and the hosted option would make management of them much simpler.
