I mentioned that to let you know that was no effect of your changes, 
therefore no extra reason for the errors you got.

Can you start kamailio on the same server you build? Just do it with 
default config file, it should start without extra stuff since does not 
need to connect to db. In this way you know whether is a problem with 
the copy.
