[Serusers] Ekiga.net, service down, impossible to restart SER

Starting with -m was not helping, so I decided to recompile with an
increased PKG_MEM_POOL_SIZE.
Now, it only seems to be a workaround. Meaning that when I will hit 4
times the current number of users, I will get problems again.
Isn't there another solution? Others are using SER in big setups, so
surely there must be something escaping me...
