Hi Hoa,

Thanks for the answer, but that's what I do(10 seconds for nat ping
interval) :(
What's strange is the fact that these users wich can't be joined (10% of our
users), can call any destination without problem, no problem of media.
It means that the nat detections works correctly.
One of them can be joined until he receives one unanswered call, after that,
he have to reset his ata :(

Try using Nat Ping in nethelper module. By default, it is disabled. If we
don't ping NATed UAs from SER, NAT device (ADSL modem, Cable modem, other
CPE) will block all SIP messages when the NAT entry for port 5060 expired.

Most of the UAs use registration period (refresh frequency) too long, eg. 1
hour. That also the cause for not to refresh the NAT entry.
