Hello,

1. Install cvs client software (if you don't already have it)
2. Execute the following command which will load the sources on your 
machine. It will create directory serweb under the current directory.

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.berlios.de:/cvsroot/serweb co -P -d serweb 
-r rel_0_8_12 iptel
