[Serusers] Load balancing with Mediaproxy

You just make sure that you use proxydispatcher (and not mediaproxy directly
from mediaproxy SER module). Then your users need to have @abc.net.my as
their domain and proxydispatcher will use DNS to lookup the correct
mediaproxy server.
