[Serusers] behind NAT, endpoint to ednpoint rtp flow POSSIBLE???

Dear all,
 
I have a simple query.
I want to configure SER in such a way that, when endpoints are behind
different NAT or same NAT, RTP flow will be from endpoint to endpoint.
Is there any way to configure SER in such a way? Now I am using RTP PROXY
for rtp flow. But I need endpoint to endpoint at least NAT DEVICE to
NATDEVICE rtp flow.
