[Users] OpenSER attempting local mysql connection

The problem is that you have not set the db_url parameter for usrloc 
module (you have set db_mode 2 which requires database connection).The 
default value is pointing to the localhost database server.

When the database server is on localhost then the client tries to 
connect via unix socket files, not via net sockets.
