[Serusers] Registration Time out

Hello,

Thanks for reading this mail.

I have installed latest SER in linux. With serctl moni, it shows 0
failures.But when we try to register from a SIP client, it times out
always .

The ps -eaf | grep ser shows several process running.  Any pointers on
how to test this will be really helpful.
