[Serusers] Incoming pstn call

my problem now is that the "Call ID" is the Cisco PSTN gateway ip
address, when a PSTN incoming call arrive.

It's in the FROM SIP header. It look "logical" because the requestor is
the Cisco Gateway.
 
How could i "hide" this to soft phone users so they can only see ser
domain event for incoming pstn call ?
