[Serusers] cisco 3620 pstn gateway

Cisco alltogether has problems when it comes to VOIP.  The problem I had
with 12.3(7)T1 is 90% of FOIP calls failed.   And dont bother asking cisco
support directly for a recommendation on a stable VOIP IOS.  Because there
isnt one =)

12.3.8T is very buggy. I won't recomment it in a
production network even if the call volume is very
low. 12.3.7T1 is more stable although it has some
serious bugs, e.g. can't handle REFER correctly.
