[Serusers] Problem with MS Messenger and SER 8.12 - "Service unavailable"

well, then may be you configured it in debugging mode (fork=no) and
started SER only on loopback interface or did some other similar
mistake which results in SER not listening on the proper interface.
Try "serctl ps" to see where SER is listening.
