yes you can download the php-mysql package from:

ftp://ftp.rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/8.0/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/\
php-mysql-4.2.2-8.0.5.i386.rpm

you can find all that sort of thing from www.rpmfind.net
